Starbucks - Waltham

Cashier spoke with rude tone after asking if I could get a refill for a drink I purchased there but denied it because it had been purchased at 9:30am and it was now 11am. They also seemed aggravated when I asked to use my reward stars. This place has gone down hill in recent years it's sad Starbucks seem to have lowered their standards when it comes to customer service.

Skill Set or Scam? This is getting worst. When you order a VT you don't get anywhere near to a full cup!!! There is a morning staff not today's staff 11/9/2022 at 530am that knows how to properly fill a cup of coffee and not give you a 1/2 cup of foam! If you go there 6 times a week only twice you are getting what you pay for. You can look at the staff and see there is no kinda vibe that could be a result of management and everyone is just like whatever. I can tell you exactly who your A+ Team is. I'm not knocking on the other workers but you guys have to get it together.

I love the options here, and the drinks are so delicious and refreshing . However, of late, their operating hours have been unpredictable.

Thanks Starbucks for the curdled cream! The picture I am posting is when I removed the ice cubes left to make sure what I was seeing was correct... how do you miss this when you're making coffee?????? Unacceptable. Not sure what has been going on, but for the last several years, all their stores have been going down hill.

Sadly I know that every single time I mobile order here it?s going to be wrong. Every single time without fail I have to have them remake my drink and even then it?s still wrong?all I do is add an espresso shot and cold foam to the top of a cold brew. There is NEVER either of those additions even though it is clearly labeled on the cup that I paid for them. I say please and thank you I?m sorry can you fix this and it?s tiring getting glares for their mistake.
