Panera Bread - Waltham

I'd like to start by saying that the manager at this location was fantastic took a friendly super helpful, and the place look clean and well run, but my gosh the menus are confusing and the stuff is super expensive for what you get. Across the top of themenu board it said pick two and next to that was Paul the next to that was half I think which prices under each of thosecategories so I thought I had ordered pick two spicy chicken sandwich and tomato soup that came to almost $18 so I said forgetthat I just want the sandwich which I thought was going to I thought this whole thing was going to be 12 bucks but it was only$12 for just the sandwich and 1 oz of potato chips definitely not worth it pre-cooked chicken breast and some buffalo sauce

Nice location that can get busy at times , items tend to be out of stock pretty frequently here. Place is ok and staff is friendly

I went in on a Wednesday night and ordered a custom, complicated sandwich. It came out missing something, and when I mentioned it the shift manager (who mentioned he is going to Hingham) came by and immediately made it right. The whole crew was so nice -everyone there was really kind and thoughtful. It may have been one of the warmest food service experiences I've received in avery long time. I was having a long, terrible day and the kindness I received really turned my day around. Thanks you again

This could be the worst run Panera Bread I've ever seen. the first time I came, It was a half hour before closing, and a guy I presume was the manager refused to serve us. The second time we came, this time for lunch, they were out of numerous items. Thethird time was the only time it was good. The staff members (other than the manager) were very nice, however, and the only thingkeeping this place from getting one star.

Extremely disappointing! I ordered a new item because my favorite wild rice soup was out. The steak and cheese sandwich is huge disappointment and whoever was working the counter should be reevaluated.
