Margaritaville — Pigeon Forge

Very busy, staff is doing their best to keep up with the amount of customers. Atmosphere is fun and decorations are perfect! Food is kinda pricy

All the restaurants at The Island were packed with 30 mins to a 1 hr wait. My family and I waited 40 mins to be seated at Margaritaville. We noticed we did not have all our silverware at the table and ask the waitress 3 times to bring more forks and napkins. I understand she was very busy, but our food came 30 mins after we ordered and still 3 people ready to eat had no silverware. I had to leave our table to hunt for forks. Such a fun place. Anytime we visit a place that has one we always try to eat. They were open for Thanksgiving and they helped surprise my dad for his birthday.

We loved visiting this restaurant for lunch while on vacation. The entire atmosphere of the place is fun! I loved all the decorations from floor to ceiling, and they play fun music. The food was delicious and of generous portions, and they had nice options for children as well. There is also an attached gift shop you can browse as you exit.

My expectation for this restaurant was high after going to the one in New York City but this was not a good experience.
