Looked up ramen places in Murfreesboro because we had to go to an event in Murfreesboro and wanted some ramen. Chose this one based on the reviews and pictures. Came inside and was immediately greeted with a smile. Sat quickly, and another employee noticed my anime movie sweatshirt. She gave me a compliment and PUT THAT MOVIE ON THE TV WHERE WE WERE SITTING! The level of service we received was impeccable! They gave... View all feedback.
What H M doesn't like about Brothers Ramen:
I don't have much positive to say about this restaurant. The waiter was friendly and made some good suggestions. The atmosphere was clean and welcoming. However, the food was mediocre and didn't leave me wanting to come back. The portions were small and the prices were not a great value. Overall, it was just okay, nothing special. I don't think I'll be returning, but you never know. View all feedback.
The steamed rolls and chashu don are tasty. The pork belly is incredibly tender, almost melting in your mouth. I always request extra sauce for the rolls.

The chicken broth ramen was a bit disappointing. The chicken was well seasoned and the egg was flavorful, but unfortunately the broth itself was bland. I had to add extra seasoning at home. Considering the price, I'm not sure if I would return, and if I did, I probably wouldn't order the ramen again. On the plus side, the restaurant was inviting and the staff were friendly. Parking was available in the strip mall. This was a dinner meal type with an average price per person ranging from $10 to $20.
The food is excellent, but a bit expensive. The service for our lunch was great. The price per person ranges from $30 to $50. The food, service, and atmosphere all received a rating of 4 out of 5.
Having lunch at this restaurant was a fantastic experience. The price range per person was between $10 and $20. The food, service, and atmosphere all scored a perfect 5 out of 5. I highly recommend trying the Kaisen Ramen when you visit this restaurant.
