Extremely poor customer service, and awful product. I went against my better judgment after everyone told me not to. Spend your money somewhere else.

The people are super nice and the shop is adorable! However, the coffee has always been sort of weak and lacking in flavor. I’m a huge coffee drinker, so it was kind of disappointing to not even get a coffee flavor.

This place has always been my favorite but the new management and new ingredients have made this place indescribable, it’s fun and a great place just to hang out! I got chocolate milk tea with chocolate boba, I was expecting the regular “meh” flavor but NO this was amazing!! The boba is so much better, no more bitter drinks and the customer service is AWESOME!! 5 stars, 10/10

The owners were really cool, but my experience ordering was not too great. It was kind of frustrating saying my order over and over when it was written down. I got a boba soda and it mostly cream and no soda. Personally, I would want more soda because then it’s not boba soda if not. Also, my order was wrong. I think that it would also be helpful to have a white Board saying what boba is available that day because I know it changes frequently.
