Superb!! 10 stars! Eggplant Parmesan is deliziosa! Best I have ever tasted! Better than the North End in Boston! Italian Wedding soup incredible! The entrees are fresh ingredients, true Italia! Relaxing environment, Kate our server and the host were wonderful. The owner even stopped by our table to say hello. Left with spumoni and tiramisu for later! Nice celebration of our anniversary! What Paul N doesn't like about Dellasantina:
.Parmesan I ordered was dry and definitely overcooked. My fiancé ordered Cazze Linguini and the smell of urine overtook our entire booth as soon as it was delivered to the table. When brought to the owner’s attention, he repeatedly assured us that there was “no pee in it” and that it was due to the mixture of oil and wine when cooked. Obviously, my fiancé sent it back and ordered the chicken Parmesan as he thought mine looked good. His was also dry and over cooked. The bruschetta was very slimy … – show.
Wish we had found this place earlier. Just happened to look for food near by and was surprised by the reviews we saw. The food was all very fresh and the restaurant was clean. To the owner, we can tell you take great ownership of your restaurant and it is wonderful. If we come back to stay in the area again, we will certainly come back!
We were able to get seated without reservations. We waited about 25 minutes, but it was well worth the wait. The food was first class and the portions were large. The service was also first class. We will definitely eat here on our next trip to the area.

Spectacular Italian restaurant, One of the few places in Sevierville Pigeon forge that actually has quality food at great prices. Family owned and operated with a welcoming atmosphere. I look forward to returning.
Best genuine Italian food anywhere!! Going to make this our go to place when we are in Sevierville.. Lexus was our top notch waitress! Definitely recommend!!!
