Despite promising to assist with a... read more I reached out to the manager, who claimed that the land is owned by a third party and he couldn't help with the parking fine. Despite promising to assist with an appeal, he has not responded to my messages. It is clear to me that KFC is the main owner of the land and the manager was not being truthful. I will no longer be returning to this location, despite previously spending £40-60 a week on their food. I urge everyone to avoid this establishment, as the manager's attitude is unsatisfactory. They have lost my business due to their unhelpfulness. As a healthcare worker who visits patients daily, this used to be a convenient spot for me to park and eat. Unfortunately, they have ruined that for me. I warn others to steer clear of this place unless you want to pay exorbitant prices for mediocre food. I cannot emphasize this enough - AVOID THIS PLACE!

I said, just add hot wings instead please and the manager started the hot wing politics saying they can't swap drinks for wings and I said I'll add the extra money. 30 mins later I got told someone had taken my order. Delivery and drive through were flying out but I was waiting and waiting. At this point I wanted a refund. But they said they're nearly done with my next box. Took 5 mins. Because of the bad service they actually gave me the replacement hot wings. Wasn't worth the stuff arguing over a perishable food item. KFC is one of those places that isn't great quality for money. Its quick and easy is its appeal but not today. They made it harder than it should have been even giving my food away and arguing the sake of 20p. I gave 20p to charity on their machine ffs
