The vegan menu is... read more It is a positive development to see dessert shops beginning to accommodate the demand for vegan options, but the offerings are still lacking. The vegan menu is limited compared to the regular menu, and those who enjoy ice cream may be disappointed by the small selection of flavors. The milkshakes are average and nothing extraordinary. The highlight is certainly the cookie dough, which is the standout item and the only reason to visit in my opinion.

One of the desserts we’d ordered cookie dough was partially uncooked, the server advised us sometimes they don’t cook evenly, she offered us a part refund which she suggested. The manager came over to the table with an absolutely stinking attitude and told me how the cookie dough was cooked and that it wasn’t undercooked, she was very matter of fact but failed to understand that the dessert was undercooked. I wasn’t going to argue with her as it seemed she was already stressed with the handful of customers in the shop. Very disappointing experience.

Not something the p... read more Firstly, the cookie dough was made in a microwave. The manager was ABSOLUTLY horrific. Was nothing but abrupt and rude to her staff members. Not something the public should see, not professional at all. I came in on the Tuesday the 19th of March 2024. Left so shocked as if my manager ever spoke to me like that I would have quit on the spot. I came in this weekend and spoke to the team leader Leah and Sammy who was absolutly lovely, a delight to speak to and made me feel very welcome and I will definitely be coming back just for their service. However, better management need to be put in place!

If we wanted another flavour, we would have to pay for it even though the cookie dough comes with ice cream. Understand it is the standard but if out of it, you should offer something else in its place. Will not be returning.

Ordered a Nutella cookie dough came out as solid as a brick and the sauce looked like Asda cheap chocolate melted down and shoved on. Completely missing the cookie dough. Sundae was two scoop of ice cream for £9! And a bit of sauce. Pancakes were like chewing on a rubber tire. Bananas taste horrid rather been sat on the toilet for 3 hours then eat that again. I didn’t know that the ice cream that comes with the pudding is invisible how amazing is that? By the way I ain’t fat this is a group order. Save your pennies rather than getting diarrhoea plus took over a hour to bring it. Delivery driver couldn’t find the massive building to deliver. Next time I shall just have a freezer choc ice.
