Been going to this Harvester for many years and always been a good experience as a disabled person. For some unknown reason they have decided to change the lock... read more Been going to this Harvester for many years and always been a good experience as a disabled person. For some unknown reason they have decided to change the locks on the disabled toilet and now my Radar key doesn't work! This is not acceptable as the Radar key is recognised countrywide and is on possibly 95% of the disabled facilities, so now I cant use the toilet without asking a member of staff and waiting for them to get the key! This is embarrassing, as an adult and especially when the toilet is needed urgently and when the resturant is busy... I will be taking this up with management.
