Our room was soooo fresh and clean and spa... read more Wonderfully surprised and delighted. I was on a Mobility Scooter, but the Bev Hotel had a ramp up our room perfectly. Our room was soooo fresh and clean and spacious. Two televisions in our room for three. En suite bathroom too. Perfect. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Nothing was rushed.

Will never stay here again I'm chronic asthmatic and the bathrooms was full of black mold telly didn't work light didn't work bits all over floor there was a wh... read more Will never stay here again I'm chronic asthmatic and the bathrooms was full of black mold telly didn't work light didn't work bits all over floor there was a whole in the door curtains was rank all stained had to wait till the next day for them to put us in a different room and when they did that room also had mold and a whole in the door and TV didn't work so had to rechange rooms yet again genuinely is more like a hostel than a hotel wasted money on a dump came here to relax and destress and all we did was stress I have all photos of this aswell and videos and because I'm not happy with the way they wanna sort things I will be taking this further and also posting all the videos and photos on social media also there was dirty men's under wear/boxers on the balcony outside our room also ive just looked at prices and rooms are ment to be £50 for a double room or £75 for family room which is 4 adults it says and we have had just a double room and we have had to pay £147 so ive been over charged by £47 aswell then as my room should of only been £50 even tho its not worth that but instead uve had to pay £147 which i have the bank statements to prove this

The staff we're friendly, open a... read more We viewed the Beverly with and eye to use it for our wedding reception. The rooms were spacious and airy and easily accessible. The staff we're friendly, open and very accommodating with any queries or requests we had. We went with the venue and a few wedding guests will be using rooms there after the event. I'll also be using their complimentary gym membership on the build up to the big day. Would recommend a viewing and will definitely post another review after the big day.
