The restaurant is indeed clean, with no litter on the tables or floors, but every time I enter, I am met with an unpleasant smell that makes my stomach turn. A few days ago, I went there with a family member who ordered a sandwich. When she turned to me and asked if I wanted anything, I grimaced and said I wasn’t hungry. One of the employees then asked why I made that face, claiming that their sandwiches were perfectly fine and everything was clean. I simply explained that I don’t like Subway because it doesn’t agree with me. Her intrusive question felt inappropriate, and her defensive reaction seemed like she was trying to shift the blame onto me. I will never dine there again.
