The experience was okay, but my sandwich had way too much mayonnaise – it felt more like a mayo sandwich than anything else. I stopped by the drive-thru during my lunch break since it was the closest spot to work, but I waited almost 15 minutes for just one sandwich, three cookies, and a small drink. The cookies were hard, and to make matters worse, I didn’t get a receipt or even be asked if I wanted one. Unfortunately, this first visit left a negative impression, and I don’t plan to return to this Subway.
My friend and I arrived at Subway at 9:45 PM on a Sunday, and although two employees were on duty—one in the drive-thru and the other at the window—they clearly saw us but acted as if they didn’t. It felt like they were deliberately ignoring us. If they disagree, I suggest they review the security footage. If the staff isn’t willing to work until the official closing time of 10 PM, then they should either close earlier or hire employees who will. After a long drive, when you're searching for places that are open, you expect to be served. I understand arriving at 9:55 PM might be cutting it close, but being turned away 15 minutes before closing over a simple cold sandwich is unreasonable—you’re not a steakhouse.
This is the second time I've ordered a sub from here, and once again, I ended up feeling sick and spent the early morning in the bathroom. I won’t be giving it another try.
The restaurant was generally quite clean, though the floors could have benefited from a little sweeping. Still, it was mostly tidy. The reception was fantastic; we received a warm welcome as soon as we entered. The sandwiches were made to perfection and were delicious. Overall, it was a wonderful experience. The location is excellent, and I highly recommend coming here if you're in the mood for some Subway!
I have visited this restaurant multiple times, and each experience has been marred by rude and unprofessional staff, regardless of what others may say about their friendliness. The restaurant is indeed clean, with no litter on the tables or floors, but every time I enter, I am met with an unpleasant smell that makes my stomach turn. A few days ago, I went there with a family member who ordered a sandwich. When she turned to me and asked if I wanted anything, I grimaced and said I wasn’t hungry. One of the employees then asked why I made that face, claiming that their sandwiches were perfectly fine and everything was clean. I simply explained that I don’t like Subway because it doesn’t agree with me. Her intrusive question felt inappropriate, and her defensive reaction seemed like she was trying to shift the blame onto me. I will never dine there again.
