Went to KFC and ordered a lunch which took over 20 mins to prepare and hand over. A person behind the counter stated they run out of bacon, not sure if they run out of bacon to cook or actually ran out of bacon. The service left a lot to desire. For every ones notice the toilets at this location on both sides of the Hume Freeway are not kept in good clean condition with water being all over the floor (slip hazard) and there does not seem to be enough toilets given how busy they are. We need to look else where to stop!

Bowsers were all clean with a... read more We read reviews on the Northbound side which weren't real crash hot so we tried the other side. Bit of rubbish out on the grounds. Bowsers were all clean with all pumps working. A range offood from Maccas...KFC....Olivers Organic healthy food......coffee shop plus the BP shop with general items as well as sandwichesand drinks. Plenty of seating. Toilets were spotlessly clean and all staff were friendly enough. We like it so will no doubt use again.

I wrote a few years ago to the chief health officer of the mitchell shire, who highlights the lack of hygiene in this facility. soon after they had a clean-up, but it didn't take time. the most amazing is that absolutely nothing has changed with the arrival of covid 19. they still have to open the door of the toilet block with the handle to leave, and the toilets and urinal are still dirty. where is the health inspector now? not to do her job is the answer!
