Also, I question whether or not KFC Corp has mandates as to what pieces must go in a bucket or barrel. I would think they do, however I can't tell you the number of times I've been disappointed by the number of small, dark pieces have been in our buckets. I realize that white meat is considered a premium, but one would think that they could get more than one in a family sized bucket. Also, the appearance of the outside is disgusting! Get a new awning for Heaven's sake. That faded thing gives the appearance that quality doesn't matter. Spruce up your exterior and pay attention to what your staff are dishing out inside. KFC can and should be a consistently excellent product.
