I have attempted to visit this restaurant at least six times in the past few months. Each time, they were either closed for various reasons, overly crowded with teenagers, or poorly managed with one person trying to juggle multiple roles. We had kfc several times in the past and this is the worst place we have ever experienced. I wrote a review on her website about a visit before a week and the manager was quick to try to fix the problem by...us tasteless gravy, and even worse tasting huh. the haw tasted literally as if the oil has never been burned with a freeze cabinet that felt both my fiance and I was sick after taste. the pictures provided show the greasy/dark look at the huh. each other kfc has a golden look at it. I never go to this place again, unless it's a bit firm, like that was the worst tasting kfc we've ever had.

This establishment is a complete waste of both money and time.
Please stop hacking the chicken pieces. I feel like I'm eating chernoble huh. the pieces look not familiar. I don't know what a back, upper leg or breast is and there are so many small bones that are plastered in the pieces.
This is one of the best KFC locations I have been to. The service is generally quick and the staff is always friendly and helpful.
Some days, the chicken is hot and delicious. Other dates, not so much. Also, I question whether or not KFC Corp has mandates as to what pieces must go in a bucket or barrel. I would think they do, however I can't tell you the...number of times I've been disappointed by the number of small, dark pieces have been in our buckets. I realize that white meat is considered a premium, but one would think that they could get more than one in a family sized bucket. Also, the appearance of the outside is disgusting! Get a new awning for Heaven's sake. That faded thing gives the appearance that quality doesn't matter. Spruce up your exterior and pay attention to what your staff are dishing out inside. KFC can and should be a consistently excellent product.
