Mcmahons - Wallace
Mcmahons
Description
Set on scenic Wallace Basin, this casual waterfront restaurant is celebrated for fresh seafood, standout fries and a sunny patio—dog-friendly in summer with free parking and takeout. Many praise the view, friendly staff and affordable mains like fish-and-chips, but experiences are uneven: service can be slow, disorganized or inattentive at times, with occasional cleanliness issues. Expect tasty, budget-friendly meals in a relaxed setting, but be prepared for inconsistent service during busy periods.

Very nice restaurant, service was great and friendly. Had broken fish and pommes, the Haddock was very fresh and perfectly cooked, there was a hint of spices in the dough that a little strange but enjoy! Saw outside at picnic tables that overhauled the bay, beutiful spot! Service: Exit
I had the worst service experience I've ever encountered, even compared to other countries. The atmosphere was uncomfortable with both servers showing signs of stress, and the service was extremely slow. One of the servers was also rude. I will never return and definitely wouldn't recommend this restaurant to anyone. Service: Dine in.
