They've done it again! In all the times I've ordered from this KFC over the past three years, they've only gotten my order right once—seriously. And don't bother reaching out to corporate with complaints; it's a joke as well. If they forget your biscuit, they’ll tell you to go back online to reorder it and then get reimbursed! It's truly frustrating. God help this little town.
Asked if included a fork with my food they said they did but then when I looked in the bag there was no fork so I had to eat my coleslaw with my fingers well done next time will ask for extra fork
We made an online order a quick pick-up for 5:45 our order was confirmed at 5:29 via email. We pull up to KFC at 5:40 my son goes in to wait he comes back out 10 minutes later to tell me it's going to be 16 more minutes. Understand I am watching drive thru order after drive thru order go thru. So I decided to check my app and apparently My order was done and was waiting at the pickup spot at 5:55. (Which it wasn't)So I decided to go in and see what's going on. My son is still sitting and waiting. So I sit with him we wait for another 7mins I watch them bring out 3 large drive thru orders all KFC. So I finally ask about our order I am told that we were told it would be 16 mins. 2 mins later we get our order. So it took 35 mins for 8 pieces of chicken and 8 chicken tenders and a 5 piece nugget. 3 sides. Oh and I watched a young man walking through the food prep area with a chicken tender hanging out his mouth. He then set it over by the drive thru register. The fries were super cold but the rest the food was normal KFC. Service was terrible and the employees we dealt with were rude.
