Bojangles - Walkertown

I ordered a two piece leg and thigh, they had no legs i got the sweet tea taste like watered down plan tea the dirty rice was not seasoned and a little burnt and i asked for cole slaw and didnt get it great customer service though all know besidescustomer service that had a bad experience real bad and I was on my way to work

First work on cleaning your place of business. Second the employees outside smoking. Third I ask the gentleman in drive thru if the food was fresh, he was honest and said no not really. I said I will wait, cause as much as I am paying I would likefresh food. Guess what it was not at all. My family will not go back. Needs new management and Regional management. Ishould have know when I got up to the window and saw a 90 rating. Really. No wonder no one in Walkertown can stand yourrestaurant. Sorry!

I visited to pick up my order at the drive-thru, as the app instructed me to come between 2 PM and 9 PM. However, after pulling around to the window, I was informed that I needed to come inside instead. Additionally, I noticed that the sanitation grade was 76, and I could see trash through the window.

I usually don’t write reviews, especially for fast food places, but I have to say that this Bojangles is the best I’ve been to in years! Every time I visit, the food is hot, delicious, and fresh. Having worked in fast food myself, I can tell when food has been sitting on a warmer for too long. I've been to Bojangles in other cities and had experiences with cold food or chicken that was almost rubbery, especially after a long break from visiting. So kudos to this Bojangles location, because I always get the yams and hot food, even when I come in at odd hours of the day!

This visit was really enjoyable, just like most of my experiences here. My previous visit a week ago was not so great; despite repeating my order both in line and at the window, there were still mistakes. I didn’t make any special requests, just ordered three items. If I had taken a shot every time she read a different list of items than what I wanted, I would have been in serious trouble. Thankfully, today everything went smoothly—the order was correct, my request was accommodated, and the food was excellent!
