I usually don’t write reviews, especially for fast food spots, but I have to say this Bojangles location is the best I’ve been to in years! Every visit, the food from their menu is consistently hot, fresh, and delicious. Having worked in fast food myself, I can easily tell when items have been sitting too long under heat lamps. I’ve been to other Bojangles in different cities where the chicken was cold or rubbery, especially after not visiting for a while. So, a big shoutout to this Bojangles! I always get my yams and hot meals, even when I stop by at odd hours!
During my visit to the Bojangles in Walkertown, NC, I parked on the other side of the building to grab a bite. Unfortunately, the bow rounds were at room temperature. The gravy biscuit was only lukewarm, and the steak biscuit was not only undercooked—appearing more white than properly cooked—but also hard and cold. I tried calling the restaurant, which had just a couple of cars in the parking lot, but after several attempts, no one picked up. You might ask why I didn’t go inside myself: I’m disabled, my left foot is broken, which makes walking very challenging, and I was on my way to church with my mother.
