Worst service I have ever had here. My friend and I decided to sit at the bar instead of a table this time. My mistake. The bartender was very unkind. When first sitting down, she looked very annoyed, like she didn't want us sitting there. Although she got our drink order promptly, she did not come back to check on us at all. I've dined here many times, and the food is consistently delicious. Today, I had the quesadillas, while my friend ordered the BBQ burger, and both were outstanding. The atmosphere at Shots is friendly and relaxed.
Incredible food and service! Everything I ate was so tasty and exactly what I was looking for!
We had to search for a server at our table, but it was a busy Friday evening around 5 PM, so that’s understandable. The atmosphere was fantastic, and I really enjoyed the fried fish dinner. Plus, the beer was refreshing and cold!

Shots is always great. Been going there since b4 the remodel 20 yrs ago or when ever it happened.
The staff is amazing (which is the main reason I keep coming back). The food is decent, though it could use a bit of improvement. The drinks are on the pricey side, but the bartenders really know their craft. It's a great spot to catch a game and enjoy a cold beer.
Shots undoubtedly offers the best pizza in the greater Grand Rapids area. Their steaks are also excellent. We have consistently enjoyed exceptional service. Our entire family loves visiting Shots!
The staff is friendly and nice. The Nachos appetizer was great. All ingredients were fresh and hot. The Taco was great and the Speckkäseburger was lazy. Great place overall.
I really like this restaurant, one of my favorite burgers to get is the Black and Blue burger!! Super yummy. I recently dined here and my burger was not cooked to order and they were very nice about the whole mix up. I definitely recommend this place!
