It seems like this store is always out of the correct bread to make whatever sandwich that I want to order. Seriously? I thought Panera makes the bread on site. No! To answer your question, I would not like to substitute that bread with another.

I had breakfast delivered for my boyfriend and I but my bagel I had ordered was missing. I called the store and spoke to a manager she was extremely apologetic and just so sweet. She gave me options to choose from to make this right, so I chose to go pick up my missing food. When I arrived she again offered me a refund or a pastry to go along with my bagel, I declined as it's not a big deal, I understand things happen. So she handed me a cup for a free drink. I'm so impressed and pleased with the way this situation was handled. I wish I had gotten her name, she deserves a raise!! Thank you for such great customer service being so nice!!

It would be good for a student looking to do a little bit of studying or for conversation.... read more This Panera Bread location is fairly similar to most I have been at. It would be good for a student looking to do a little bit of studying or for conversation. The layout is pretty spacious yet cozy. There is a small fireplace and the atmosphere is very chill. The service is great, very friendly and fast. I enjoyed my visit here and I'll probably make this more of spot I visit more from now on.
