Reviews - Culver's
Reviews summary
Culver's has garnered mixed reviews, highlighting areas for improvement alongside commendations. While many diners appreciate the delicious, fresh food and friendly staff, service issues have arisen, including extended wait times and inadequate communication about order delays or menu items. Some patrons were disappointed with the quality of certain meals, noting over-sauced burgers and burnt dishes. However, there are shining praises for specific staff members and the inclusive hiring practices by management. Overall, while Culver's remains a favored spot for many, a more consistent focus on service and food quality could enhance the dining experience.

If your tired of Wendy's, burger trash and mc dodo and run of the mill burger spots then guess what. There's more! Except Culver's burgers are pretty good though.. no cap.. and I get mine with tatertots just to be different. Meat tastes fresh, milk shakes and ice cream are top 10 for sure. They make their own ice cream so that's a . Their selection of drinks is trash though. I feel like I'm picking non name brand at... View all feedback.
What Jake S dislikes about Culver's:
Additionally, I heard someone at the next table ask for tartar sauce, and the worker didn’t even know what that was! Seriously? This location is enough to raise your blood pressure. Do yourself a favor and skip this place—head to the one on 28th Street by the car dealership instead. View all feedback.

This Culver's was fantastic. I used to come here often with my grandfather after he picked me up from school.
Overall, the experience was positive and the service was excellent, but I prefer Freddy's. The chili at Culver's had a slightly sour taste, and it contained too many large beans. The fries weren't very hot either. The coleslaw and chicken noodle soup were just okay. Unfortunately, the food wasn't served hot. On a positive note, the cashier was very friendly.

They've always had our order correct and have friendly timely service! We love the multitude of flavors. Culver's is always predictably delicious.

Lol might as well have rc cola up there or Mr pibb or something. I've been several times and they make your food fresh which is what I love with them. If you undecided and don't wanna chop off your right arm for 5 guys but want a good reasonably priced burger. Definitely give them a shot.

I understand that everyone is busy, but the level of service needs improvement. The staff should at least apologize for the wait and inform customers that they will be with them shortly. If the ice machine is broken, it would be better to let customers know instead of leaving them in the dark. Three families ended up leaving after waiting for someone to take their orders. While Maryan did her best to attend to customers, she seemed overwhelmed. There didn’t appear to be a manager around to assist, even when we decided to leave.
The food is typically good, but the tables are never clean. I often have to grab napkins and water from the soda machine to clean my own table.
I recently ordered a cable dinner from this restaurant, and when we got it home, it was so burnt that it tasted inedible, despite my efforts to cover it with tartar sauce. This meal should not have been served at all. To make matters worse, I left a negative comment on Culver's website and never received a response. Typically, we have a great experience at Culver’s, so this was quite disappointing.
My burger dripping in fat and butter! Beyond that, I never thought I would say that, but there was way too much sauce on my burger. the sides were bombed, but the burger was too much and sad not to observe. in addition, we never have our lil pull tabs for buying a meal. would give them another chance, but my first experience was sad, the at least
Well, what can I say? The staff are very nice but, boy, has the food gone downhill! This chain used to be famous for homemade quality comfort food. Now the meatloaf, which used to be juicy and flavorful, tasted as dry and appetizing as a cardboard brick. Their mashed potatoes used to remind me of the kind Grandma made for Sunday dinners. Now they taste like they came out of an Ore Ida box and the person making them was too cheap to use the milk and butter the box recommends using to reconstitute the flimsy white flakes. Even the carrot cake was awful. Instead of being moist and tender with delicate carrot and spice flavors, they apparently soaked the cake in some kind of sticky, sickeningly sweet syrup. My husband thinks it was molasses syrup. Gack! ? I can't envision ever going back. It's just too sad remembering what it used to be like.?
