Arby's - Walhalla

I filled out the questionnaire on the receipt asking to be contacted but no one has contacted me I go through the drive thru and ask about the hamburger I didn’t see it and they said it’s out there either on the right or left I said I don’t see it what comes on it they told me I asked hold the onions, well when I got my order the sandwich bun was covered in the sauce it was so soggy it was all over the wrapper, the onions were not left off I had already drove home I wasn’t driving back I am in the restaurant fast food business myself I know customers should get treated better than that The other sandwich was a beef n cheddar there was no cheese at all on the sandwich We were very disappointed especially since we love Arby’s and eat there at least 12 times a month
