Wh... read more What really disappointed me was that, despite the clear signs at the bar inviting guests to sit and eat (see the attached photo), I was rudely asked to move. When I pointed out the signs and noted that no one was waiting for a bar seat, a staff member, who appeared to be responsible for cooking burgers, told me those signs were outdated! Additionally, there was a large puddle of water on the floor, posing a slip hazard for customers. Their disregard for their own posted policies and the safety of their guests was unsettling. The food itself was just okay, which explains why the nearby restaurant was bustling with customers while BurgerFi was empty. I cannot recommend this place.

The kiosk was out of order, so I asked one of the employees at the cooking counter where the cashier was, but they couldn't tell me. After a few minutes, the cashier showed up, but struggled to take our order. The kitchen was noisy with loud music, and some staff members were laughing and even kissing each other. To top it off, my order was wrong. I could go on, but I recommend you eat somewhere else—trust me.

The burger seemed small I don't know if it was a lower weight or a higher fat content that cooks off and there was no way to customize it other than buying additions. There's no integration with the BurgerFi app so you cannot earn or redeem point here. The fries are coated and taste like the rejects from a Burger King. Overall a sad state. I will definitely pass in the future.
