The venue had a lovely atmosphere with a charming garden bar, live music, and a food truck. There were quite a few smokers and many patrons in singlets and gumboots, which is to be expected at a country pub. However, the wine glasses could use an upgrade as they were quite scratched. Overall, it's a great place for a relaxed Sunday drink.

From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The dining room has a cozy and well-maintained atmosphere. My partner ordered the pad Thai, and they were pleased to accommodate dietary preferences. They declared it one of the best pad Thais they've ever had. I opted for the special blue elephant curry, and saying it was the best curry I've ever tasted would be an understatement—I wish I could drink it straight from a cup! Speaking of drinks, the homemade apple juice was exceptionally fresh. Overall, my experience was fantastic, and this restaurant has definitely secured a spot on my list of top dining experiences. I do have two minor complaints: the seating became a bit uncomfortable after a long time, and the waiter accidentally mixed my curry with my rice, which softened it all and left no curry. Given how amazing it was, that was a bit disappointing. Nonetheless, I will definitely be back, and I plan to try something new each time, although I might just have to order that curry again!
