Despite mixed reviews about customer service and inconsistent orders, the Tim Hortons in Wainwright offers tasty food, great coffee, and good prices. It is well-supported by the military and provides a convenient location off Highway 14. The parking lot may be a challenge for dine-in customers due to heavy drive-thru traffic. While some customers have experienced issues with service and orders, others appreciate the relaxed atmosphere to enjoy a chili, coffee, and donut. Overall, the restaurant has a loyal customer base, although improvements in staffing and order accuracy are needed for better customer satisfaction.
The restaurant has declined in quality and the front entrance has been closed multiple times, causing congestion in the single lane drive-thru in the morning. As a result, I usually decide to go somewhere else to eat.
Waited to long for service, need more staff during the morning, the customer is priority it doesn't matter if you use the drive thru or go inside, to say the least, I'm really frustrated
The blonde server (who appeared to be slightly older) was quite unkind and unfriendly when I placed my order.
Scanned my offer code for a discount then the machine didn't take my card which then when I get it figured out they wouldn't take the discount also asked how much was in my bank account to only give me a little discount
Drive thru is bad, they keep messing up your order. Morning people who works there need to step up on their attitude towards customer. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
