The service is con... read more This is my favorite restaurant! I've been coming here for about three years, and the food has always been delicious and cooked to perfection. The service is consistently fast, friendly, and efficient. I've never been disappointed during any visit. I can't wait to go back! I highly recommend it.

While the staff is consistently frien... read more I completely agree with other reviewers—the chef creates outstanding dishes, but the ambiance could use some enhancements. While the staff is consistently friendly, service can be a bit slow at times. Nonetheless, I’ve visited this restaurant several times with both family and colleagues, in groups large and small, and I’ve never had a disappointing meal! It’s definitely worth the trip, and all I can say is, “don’t judge a book by its cover!”

When we did, we found an open c... read more We checked in and quickly left for an event, so we didn't have a chance to thoroughly inspect the motel until we returned later. When we did, we found an open can of wet dog food in one of the drawers and some really unpleasant stains on the bed and bedding. It was clear that the room hadn't been cleaned properly. To make matters worse, other guests, whom I suspect live at the motel, were banging on our door and trying to hang out. As a result, we decided not to stay the night.

Some places leave you feeling unfulfilled. Others go above and beyond. The latter is true for the Wainfleet Restaurant. I had never been until last Saturday. I was pleasantly surprised by the menu choices. The food is the central part of this delightful place. Reasonably priced, stellar service, and delicious fare were excellent. Will return. Most definitely.
