Suburban Gem.. Smiling service and delicious food served in the quiet backstreeets of the leafy North Shore, this restaurant is welcoming and memorable as well as 'cozy. ' After it was first recommended to me I have returned on a near fortnightly basis and it now forms the benchmark by which I judge all other Thai restaurants! View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Cozy Thai:
I ordered the Massaman curry, and the portion was extremely disappointing. The container was only half full, and it contained just four pieces of meat and two pieces of potato. The satay was barely a single bite. It's really a shame how stingy they are! View all feedback.
I feel ripped off tonight. I was eating at Cozy Thai as part of a large group. We all paid the same amount for the meal but because there were only four of us at my table we were asked to have one less dish.
Good for easy dinner. Fair pricing. Not crowded. Attentive staff service.
This use to be one of my favourite Thai places until I witnessed their approach to hygiene. When I arrived to pick up my family order there was a cue and after I lined up noticed a man park before joining it and placing a plastic bag on the ground. After 10 minutes the man leaped in front of me and told them his family realised they had been given the wrong take away. She promptly put it in a Woolies chilly bag and gave him his correct order. Next in line I requested my order and she pulled out the one that had been given to the wrong person, taken home to another family and sat on the cold cement for 10 minutes. We are in lockdown during a once in a century pandemic and there was a covid case at the store next door recently, this approach to customer service and hygiene is not an acceptable risk to my family or anyone else's! I will not be returning.
A CozY little find in the middle of Wahroonga. Good quality food, cooked fresh.
Cozy thai is a neighboring jewellery in the wide northwestern part of the veroonga. the non-labelling Thai food is located in front of a huge parking lot and calls a laundry and super market as a barn. her signature pad thai $17) is delicious, but considerably watered and strongly sweetened to get used to the local flavors. the pad thai is generous with its ingredients and its garrtuan sections provides a great challenge for my tiny appetit. I can, however, ignore how the pad thai lacks an authentic touch taste that is made by frying at extremely hot temperature) and is sweetened over.
