The staff was unresponsive and appeared indifferent to whether customers were being served. There was also poor communication among the team. Two members of our group had items missing from their orders but were still charged for them. Instead of refunding the missing items, they only offered to provide them for free the next time we visited. Additionally, items from our combo were listed as separate charges on the receipt. We were fortunate that we didn’t just leave without paying.
