The staff was unresponsive and appeared indifferent to whether customers were being ser... read more We waited 20 minutes before anyone came to the register to check us out. The staff was unresponsive and appeared indifferent to whether customers were being served. There was also poor communication among the team. Two members of our group had items missing from their orders but were still charged for them. Instead of refunding the missing items, they only offered to provide them for free the next time we visited. Additionally, items from our combo were listed as separate charges on the receipt. We were fortunate that we didn’t just leave without paying.

The server didn’t inform me that they were out of the southern gravy for my chicken fried steak and instead brought out a terrible brown gravy that I couldn’t eat. Normally, I can rely on Denny's for a satisfying meal while traveling, but unfortunately, that wasn't the case this time. Service: Dine-in Meal type: Breakfast
