This place SERIOUSLY needs new management. They need to hire new people or motivate them just a bit more. Something has to change. I’m not eating Wingstop anymore bc of the experiences I’ve had here. Food is cold, never ready on time, always wrong, attitudes everywhere. There are already customers upset besides me when I arrive. If you can make the drive to a different location I would it’s just all horrible.
Ordered online and wait time was 25 minutes. I showed up about 5 minutes after the expected time and it was still not ready. I ended up having to wait another 40 minutes to get my order. This is the second time in 6 months this has happened. I won't be returning back.
Ordered a chicken sandwich and 4 bites in I realized it was VERY raw. Don?t go to this location, any other location except for this one, something always goes wrong
Edit: from 1start to 4 starts I'm telling everybody to give this place a second chance, they are doing way better now with Maria Yesterday after several months I decided to go back to Wingstop even to they fail me three times in a row. Well Maria tookcare of me, great costumer service, she did everything and more to make sure we had a great experience. Y'all need moreemployees like her. They forgot my 3blue cheese. Called 4 times nobody pick up. If I'm ordering out is because I don't havetime, if I pick it up by the time I comeback home my food will be ice cold. What's the point in buying from y'all when I have tomicrowave it. And the Gas price been so high and I have to make an extra trip bcs of yall
