Ordered off of the app for curbside pickup. Got there when it said to and checked in on the app. Waited for 26 minutes before I gave up and called the store. They brought it right out. They said I should have walked in after five minutes and they had my food ready the whole time. Last I checked, you don't blame the customer for your own screw-up. And most people apologize for screwing it up. Not blame the customer. They also didn't get all of my order correct. Also, noticed their employee who was taking orders from the drive thru outside spending time taking selfies and videos of themself.
2 stars because they normally don't mess up my orders, but tonight was super aggravating. I ordered my pregnant fiance a chicken strip meal with an extre 2 strips and a sprite. And after a 10 minute drive home we open her box and it only has toast and fries NO CHICKEN STRIPS. Such a let down and now I have to deal with a hungry pregnant fiance.
This whataburger is AMAZING!!!! They were so busy and had an upbeat attitude, very friendly even under busy circumstances. I highly recommend this whataburger. Way to go staff, you guys rock!

We asked for some spicy ketchup and were given just one packet after a noticeable sigh, and when we requested another, we were told no. This all happened close to midnight, right after I had been discharged from the hospital, so we were eager to get home. It wasn’t until we got home that we discovered just how many mistakes had been made with our order. Overall, the atmosphere at this location felt more like a play area than a place focused on delivering quality food and service. To top it off, we learned that the shake machine was out of order. We left feeling neither impressed nor entertained by our experience.
