Got there a little early, or... read more I just had a really good, hot Whataburger with cheese and just wanted to let y 'all know, Ordered through the app and did curbside. Got there a little early, order was brought out right away hot fresh. Love their onion rings had a vanilla shake. Very good. (Full disclosure, on occasion I have had to go inside to get my curbside order, but knowing the staffing issues restaurants are facing, I understand.

I parked then went inside and aske... read more I was in the drive thru and no one answered. I drove up to the window and sat there for 3 minutes. No one came to the window. I parked then went inside and asked the lady behind the counter if the drive thru was closed and she said no. The guy who was working the drive thru was in the back and just wasn't able to answer. But she could have told me that at the window. Acknowledging I'm there would have made me feel confident that my order would eventually get taken. But instead she came to the window and literally ignored me. Then after I finished giving my order, when I asked for some ketchup, I was given someone else ketchup that had dried up sauce on the outside. May I make another suggestion? When you get packets off the tables that have sauce on it, try running some water on it b4 placing it back in the bins so the customers doesn't get grossed out from strangers hands and food reminence all over the packet. I'm not trying to be rude, forgive me if it came across that way but all I'm asking is to please let's all practice safe sanitary covid-19 protocols.
