However, upon our arrival, we noticed a fly and some gnats in the display case where the cupcakes were kept. The staff mentioned that flying insects have been a problem during the summer. This was quite off-putting for both my daughter and me, so we’re considering coming back in the winter instead. While the cupcake itself was absolutely delicious—I would give it three stars—I’m now going to look for another bakery to order the birthday cake from, as we prefer not to have bugs involved in our food!

The best cupcakes in Waco, bar none! The cake designs are also incredible. We have been creating sweet treats for years, and cupcakes have always been our specialty. The service is fantastic as well!

My first experience with Sweetness Desserts was about three weeks ago when I tried the coffee toffee caramel cupcake. It was the best cupcake I've ever had. Since I was on the lookout for a bakery to make a birthday cake, I decided to take my daughter there today to see what she thought of the cupcake. Upon our arrival, we noticed a fly and some gnats in the display case where the cupcakes were kept. The staff mentioned that flies can be an issue during the summer, which was quite off-putting for both my daughter and me. We might consider returning in the winter. I gave them three stars because the cupcake was truly delicious, but I'm now seeking another bakery for the birthday cake since we prefer to avoid any bugs!

This is the best cupcake I ever had!!! The absolute best in Waco. The icing was nice, thick, and sweet. A perfect ratio of icing to cupcake. Every bite was delicious. I don’t usually like cake or cupcakes but man this was good. My mom had got these pecan coconut cupcakes and I loved everything about it, I ate 2 in one sitting lol. I would most definitely recommend this place!!!!

Oh my goodness. The cake and cupcakes were good. But the biggest hit was the icing. Like omg I have never tasted something so good. I’m only ever gonna go here from now on.
