Front desk is not responsive to any requests or needs. They are rude to guests. Poolside service was non existent. The restaurant and bar have very limited hour... read more Front desk is not responsive to any requests or needs. They are rude to guests. Poolside service was non existent. The restaurant and bar have very limited hours. Bartender was rude, profane, misogynistic, throwing trash behind the bar, and drinking out of our drinks. Also served the left over beverage that we paid for to another customer for free. They do not clean up common areas after guests and trash and glasses sit around for days. Bedding stained and dirty. Room dated and small. Wifi did not work for most of the stay and was not informed of how to access it at checkin. High prices for limited amenities and service.

Before planning a meetup or a working lunch in this nice, quiet space, it's best to call ahead and confirm their status. Unfortunately, the website doesn’t accurately reflect their operating hours or service availability. I'm just trying to provide some helpful information. I believe that once this establishment reopens, it could earn a 4 or 5-star rating.

However, this restaura... read more Let me start by saying that I travel frequently for work and typically don't dine at the hotels where I stay—it's just not my preference. However, this restaurant is a wonderful exception. The waitstaff was attentive, the food was delicious with great flavors and presentation, and everything felt fresh. The management was exceptionally engaged and well-organized. When you come here for breakfast, you'll understand exactly what I mean—it'll be an eye-opening experience!
