The food was amazing as always. I had the spider roll to start, and ordered the chicken hibachi for my entree. The doors was great as always. The waitress did a great job making sure we always had everything. They were a little busy so we had to wait a while for our actual hibachi but it was worth the wait. Our cook was awesome and made up for the wait. View all feedback.
What Burley Hickle doesn't like about Fuji Japanese Steakhouse:
Food was OK...my expectations were much higher for this price point. The show was entertaining but rice was salty, and too much sauce on all the foods. Waited till the end to give us veggies and all the water ran into the rice and meat. May come for lunch but will not be bringing guests or coming for dinner any time soon. View all feedback.

This place is evil! Leaf skirt fall in, bathroom have **** ever been, floor tile broken, air vents full of mold dust, spider tracks in the entry type....
I'll never go without an empty plate. Food is always cooked as I ordered and I am also chatting about good wine and for heaven's sake with Chris at the bar. Great job Chris! And btw the plate was Hibachi Steak and Lachs
The waitress and bartender, Courtnie, provided excellent service. She was very friendly and attentive. The food was delicious, and the Moscato was enjoyable. The cake had a subtle green apple flavor.
