This was the first Dave's Hot Chicken I've had where the reaper is actually reaping! And I've been to every one in Dallas. I had to run back inside to cool my mouth down with water. Walking inside the building and feeling the vibes of the cool art was alright. But the food on the other hand? Those influencers promoting this food are crazy. Too many “spice levels” to choose between when they all taste like a mouthful of chili powder with each bite. It’s a red 40 attack, I could feel my insides bubbling as I ate. Dave absolutely lost his mind with the pricing if your gonna be charging that much, a drink should come with it at least I waisted my money I’m still hungry after this high dollar meal flavor wise was very wack go to Burger King and you’ll be just as happy have a great day
Saw a billboard outside of Waco, checked out the menu and placed an online pickup order. We shared the two slider meal and I added some kale slaw. Chicken was tender and juicy. I ordered the lightly mild and the hubs mild. We will up it the next two levels on a future trip. I would have liked a bit more kale with the slaw but it was crisp and fresh and tasty. Pickles were great. My husband had the fries and his sandwich with just ckn and sauce. He really enjoyed them. Definitely will go back to try more spice, tenders and top loaded shakes!
Walked into restaurant with two employees smoking by entrance door. One walked into the bathroom after I walked into restaurant and stayed in the bathroom for over 15 minutes. The other person outside stayed outside smoking. I could have robbed the place and no one was there to stop me.
I watched the manager give my food away... Then asked what about me? She asked if I wanted a refund?
First time ever coming in, seen videos on tiktok about there chicken and they hit every part i love about fried chicken, would come back again. Great food and service.
