When I pulled up to the order speaker I was garbled at. So I drove up to the window to order and was not greeted by the woman taking my order. I placed my order and was told to go park in front. A kid brought my order out was not friendly. Double check your order because they will not prepare what you order. And when you call back they get ugly with you. This location 6310 I-35 in Waco, SW corner or E. Crest Dr. E. I-35 as described on receipt, had the absolute best burgers I've ever had at a DQ!! No joke. I normally cannot finish a burger anywhere, but this one kept me at it. Even the bun by itself was so flavorful. There was 2 young gents handling the entire store by theirselves and they DEF had it handled and were phenomenal!! I gave a $2 tip to one and he said thanks, the cook will appreciate this. I really wish I'd tasted food first and then given a ten!! We were only passing thru from DFW area, but if we ever get back there and they're there, you can bet they'll be well tipped! Thanks so much guys, you've outdone every DQ i've ever gone to. (and I go to many!
I'm giving 5 stars for tonight's purchase. I'm usually 50/50 on burgers from here. I'm not sure who was working cooking tonight (1-23-22) BUT this is by far the best burger we've gotten from ANY DQ. Way to go staff maybe you can teach the others some tricks.
Friendly service, good food. Never tastes like old grease. They always offer my dog a pup-cup. They usually can't hear the drive thru speaker because the traffic on the interstate is so loud so they have you pull up to the window.
