It was mostly untrimmed Brisket so... read more After I have picked up my food, it was cold. Granted,not my usual experience here. But then I got the Chicken Fried Brisket. It was mostly untrimmed Brisket so mostly was a huge hunks of fat with Chicken Fried Batter. I literally paid more for a meal that I could only eat the sides. Glad my husband shared his Catfish with me. It was fine after we warmed it up which kind of ruins it for me. When I pay to have food prepared, I am still not getting a break. Really disappointing.? So sadly after posting this, a lady reached out once told me to email her and still nothing......... Crickets...... Doesn't reflect a company that really cares about customer experience.
