My favorite dish is the vegan pho, but the fried dumplings and fried tofu spring rolls are also delicious. They can make the fried rice vegan and also offer vermicelli bowls.

I add... read more I was pleasantly surprised to discover a restaurant in Waco with a variety of options. I ordered the veggie and tofu vermicelli bowl and it was delicious. I added soy sauce and chili oil for extra flavor. The staff was friendly and even recommended trying the Tru Jamaican dish, which was also excellent.

I trie... read more I have visited this restaurant for the second time. Upon entering, the menu is displayed on a large banner before reaching the counter to place an order. I tried Stan's pot with brown rice and tofu, which was served hot and had good-sized pieces of tofu. I initially used chopsticks but ended up needing a spoon towards the end. I plan on returning to try more items from their menu. The restaurant had a quiet and clean atmosphere, and the staff was friendly.
