The service was very polite, and we returned the next day for a cup of coffee. We look forward to having dinner there the next time we visit.

Our waiter not able to speak English Be...warned if you want to change your potato/rice into something else like mashed potato, they will charge you extra and not tell you about it. Later they will explain, you need to pay, because you ate it all already Except not, just the served one. After we asked about our bill and all the extra side dishes we were supposed to pay and refused to, they offered to bring us all the not eaten side dishes. Just to clarify, we were not told about the extra charge. They admitted their mistake. After some discussion, all we got was you need to pay Very, very poor management. No compensation nor apology. Only after demanding contact info for their boss, we were given a small 300 ruble compensation of our 13 900 ruble bill. The Russian way was to give absolutely no apology! Btw ask Tatjana, she is that boss according to the personnel.

I tasted beef stroganoff with a mashed potato it was good. But I prefer another restaurant in center of Vyborg.

Interior is very stylish and seating is so comfortable. Staff is polite and efficient, speaks english so you can even have a small talk with them....Food tasted great, I had also dessert and coffee and everything pleased me.

The prices were higher than in Vyborg,... read more The restaurant was nicely decorated and had air conditioning, which was appreciated given the 30-degree weather outside. The prices were higher than in Vyborg, but not unreasonably so. The food was delicious and beautifully presented. We would consider returning if they could improve their slow kitchen service.
