We did not make a reservation and no one greeted us at the entrance, so we continued inside and chose a table ourselves. The staff seemed indifferent at first, but then everything went smoothly. They provided us with menus, had a friendly conversation about their food, made recommendations, took our order, and our dishes arrived quickly. I decided to try the toast Skagen and grytta (yes, spelled with two t's), while my wife opted for salads, one with tongue and another with Shopska (tomatoes, cucumbers, onion, roasted peppers, bryndza cheese, and parsley). We also enjoyed green tea and a small bottle of sparkling mineral water. My dishes were authentically Swedish, resembling the original versions. I can speak from experience as we lived in Sweden for many years. The food was not bad, but it was not exceptional either. The bill came to RUR 1,850 (approximately USD 25) for the two of us, which was a great price. The atmosphere inside was nice, reminiscent of an old cavern, and there were a few tables outside as well. Overall, I would recommend visiting this restaurant at least once.
