With the amouse bouche, it made 6... read more I was staying at the Park Hotel. Whilst not normally a lover of tasting menus, I very much enjoyed the 5 course tasting menu. With the amouse bouche, it made 6 courses.The wine list is a compendium in itself .. just huge. I opted for a bottle of Swiss Pinot Noir which was very good.The beef served as the main course was outstanding.

We particular enjoyed the quiet atmosphere despite the fact that the hotel was fully booked. The dinner at Prisma (Philipp Heid, was a real treat sophisticated combinations lead to a surprising experience. Accompanied by a great choice of wine.

Prisma offers food prepared with generally classica... read more As a hotel guest one is spoilt for choice with both a 1* and 2* Michelin rated restaurant to choose between. Prisma offers food prepared with generally classical technique combined with Asian flavours. The result is something that is decidedly different and very interesting to eat. Overall it was a very enjoyable dinner although a couple of the dishes felt as if they would have been more successful with one or two less things on the plate, but this is nitpicking.The dinner here evidenced that the chef here is growing and growing in confidence I look forward to seeing what the next year brings.

The lunch service was impeccable, the menu was good, the Food came out lovely and I like high cuisine because the small portions let you have space for the Dessert.Lovely interior and view onto the lake, even though a bit limited. Unfortunately Focus, a 2 Michelin star Restaurant with a better view was closed for renovation during our visit. Th place and Hotel itself are beautiful, the views are mindblowign and it is great to finish the meal at the tables next to the lake if the weather is good.
