Staff was not listening, asked for a alcoholic cocktail and a none alcoholic drink arrived! Asked to see the desert wine menu and the wine waiter arrived with bottle and glass! I did again ask to read the choices and choose! Food, we chose the 6 course 160chf surprise menu, most course were very good but the beef ( main ) was rare to the eye but the very sharpe knife given was really struggling to slice the meat , very chewy, not good!! That course was wasted. Disappointed that the waiter didn't comment when collecting the plates, just whipped them away. Also disappointed in the desert,which was pink greatfruit sorbet, was hopping for a luxury desert to finish with. Eaten at several mitchlin star restaurants before in England and this was the most disappointing experience yet . The hotel itself was very good standard in cleanses and maintenance.

The menu is quit... read more The restaurant is beautiful in winter (with panoramic windows facing the lake) and in summer (outdoor under large trees, also facing the lake). The menu is quite small, but has a good mix with meat, vegetarian (pasta, risotto) and fish. The food is lovely presented, a feast for the eyes. And of course, it tastes very good. Prisma is a place to enjoy a gourmet meal for adults and absolutely not suitable for kids. Unfortunately, several families with small children came to the restaurant and the relaxing ambiance had gone immediately.
