Das Ambiente und die Aussicht direkt am See nicht zu übertreffen, was sich natürlich auch auf dem Preis auswirkt, und darf. Der Genuss wird durch einen unkoordinierten nicht ausreichend für diese Klasse geschulten Service deutlich gemindert. Vitello Tonnato für 28 CHF war wirklich eine Vorspeisen Portion, bei der ich den Tonnato sehr vermisst habe. 2EL einer aber sehr feinen Sosse zierten das wenige Fleisch. 3 der feinen Minibrötchen wurden nicht aufgefüllt und das dazugehörige Olivenöl erst bei Nachfrage geliefert. Kaum legten wir das Besteck ab wurde alles inclusive Tischsets abgeräumt. Ob Gäste noch ein Dessert oder Weiteres wollen ist nicht vorgesehen? Öl und Brot verblieben alleine auf dem Tisch bis wir gingen. Bei anderen Gästen wurden die Beilagen zum Hauptgang geraume Zeit später gebracht. Aufgetragen wurde ohne Tablet, so dass manche Finger in den Teller griffen. Offener Weisswein in Glaskaraffen serviert, wird ohne gekühlt zu werden auf dem Tisch stehen gelassen. Tasse Kaffee für CHF 7.50 rundete das Erlebnis ab. Espresso für 6.50.

We visited the park hotel for lunch on a slightly boring day, but still very pleasant warm day. before lunch we took a fast boat trip on lac lusanne completely... read more We visited the park hotel for lunch on a slightly boring day, but still very pleasant warm day. before lunch we took a fast boat trip on lac lusanne completely with champagne trying to drink it while we travel with 35 knots! on our return we have. a table directly on the seaside, where we enjoyed an exceptional and relaxed lunch. the service was quietly efficient without pushing us on any way. we could have stayed there all afternoon, which would not have been a problem for the staff. a great time overall, but would recommend that the booking is reasonable.
