Jade - Visalia
Jade
Description
Located in a contemporary setting, this restaurant offers a mixed experience for diners. While some dishes, like the broccoli chicken and chicken teriyaki, are well-received for their flavors and generous portions, others, such as the egg foo young and BBQ pork, receive criticism for being below expectation. Service is described as friendly but overwhelmed at times. Notably, the pricing appears steep compared to the quality, prompting some to express dissatisfaction. Despite the inconsistencies, several patrons praise the food, particularly the delicious fried rice and the delightful crunchy sweet and sour chicken. Overall, it's a spot with potential, but diners may find varying results.

It was amazing food and amazing portions. I will definitely be eating here again!
I can only give this restaurant 2 stars because the pork tasted very old and had no BBQ flavor whatsoever. It was so unappetizing that even my dog refused to eat it. On the positive side, the potstickers were good, as well as the pork chow mein and chicken teriyaki. However, serving old sliced BBQ pork is simply not acceptable.
Our current favorite Chinese restaurant in town. It’s a bit on the expensive side, but definitely worth the splurge! My kids absolutely love the Mandarin Chicken, and they're really picky eaters.
I placed an order over the phone and visited the restaurant for the first time. The prices matched the incredible quality of the food. I didn't venture too far inside, but from what I could see, the restaurant was clean and nicely decorated. The man who took my order and the welcoming lady at the front were both very kind, helpful, and professional. I will definitely return!
