read moreFirebrew offers a mixed dining experience, with some customers voicing disappointment in overcooked food, bland sauces, and inconsistent portion sizes. The side dishes were consistently lukewarm, leading to a disappointing overall experience for some diners. However, others praised the restaurant for its delicious food cooked over an open flame, reasonable prices, and friendly staff. The wine selection was also highlighted as a great feature, with the ability to taste wines enhancing the dining experience. Loyalty rewards and seasonal specials were mentioned as additional positives. Despite mixed reviews, Firebrew seems to offer a unique dining experience for those looking for freshly cooked food in a non-chain restaurant setting.
