Big Ugly Brewing - Chesapeake

Big Ugly is a beloved spot in Chesapeake. They boast an impressive selection of award-winning beers, catering to all types of beer enthusiasts with options ranging from dark and light beers to sours. The brewery is newly constructed and offers a spacious and airy atmosphere. There’s a popular outdoor seating area that attracts visitors in the summer, complete with fire pits for those chilly autumn evenings. I really appreciate that they frequently host live bands inside and feature a variety of food trucks. The space is sizable enough to accommodate parties or simply relax with friends. The staff is always prompt with beer service. If I had to mention a downside, it would be that it can get a bit loud when the bands are playing inside, but that doesn’t bother me at all.

One of my favorite places to relax. Tonight, we brought our grandkids along with us. I always seem to run into an old friend we haven’t seen in a while, making it a great opportunity to catch up.

I absolutely adore Big Ugly! Their beer is amazing, and the atmosphere is ideal for an adult getaway after little league and soccer games, or for a fun night out. I highly recommend it—10 out of 10!
