Several good local beers on tap, including Young Veterans, Smartmou... read more We were walk-ins late on a holiday weekend. We sat at their bar while we waited for a table. Several good local beers on tap, including Young Veterans, Smartmouth, Reaver beach, and O?Connor. The bartender was pleasant and helpful. The waiter, Josh, wasfriendly and attentive. He offered suggestions and helped direct us through the menu. The manager came by our table twice as hemade his rounds. He tried to answer my question about how the chef achieved such a perfect sear on their scallops. They wereseared on just one side to a golden brown with just a hint of crispy. We ordered the seasonal seared scallops and the shrimp &scallop Florentine. Both were delicious. The scallops were perfect and the shrimp were so tasty. The Florentine was my favorite.We loved the flatbread and the seared tuna apps. We left with several boxes and vowed to return.

The f... read more I got the ribs (pictured) and my wife got the ribeye. The ribs were fantastic! Love the honey BBQ sauce. My wife's steak was nothing special but was good. The fries were weirdly kind of burnt but kind of under done (they tasted fine though. It's aproduct of being roasted rather than fried). Owner is a navy veteran and has lived in VA Beach since around 1998 (according tothe bio on the table).
