On all 3 visits, I was left standing at the counter with no greeting or an offer to take order while the entire crew ignored the front counter for 10+ minutes. Plenty others werewalking out as well. To the owner, If your are going to do this horrible of a job with this location, please close it!

There's always something missing, wh... read more This location gets the order wrong every single time. I've never received exactly what I ordered, exactly how I ordered it. There's always something missing, whether it's an item left out, missing sauce packets, or no napkins. If you ask for any modifications, like no lettuce, you can be sure it will still have lettuce. The staff simply doesn't seem to care. On top of consistently messing up orders, the food is prepared so sloppily it feels like it was made without attention and then tossed into the bag before being handed over. Taco Bell's service is generally poor, but this location is particularly bad. It’s clear that the management doesn’t care either.

I wait... read more This Taco Bell location is awful and shouldn’t even be open. The manager was rude and swore at a customer who complained about receiving the wrong order. I waited 40 minutes at the counter before finally asking for a refund, which was met with more rude behavior. Meanwhile, more than four other customers came in with incorrect orders, and there were about 10 people inside either waiting for food or dealing with problems. It was a complete nightmare. I wish I could share videos—I have footage of the manager cursing at a customer over her missing combo meal after a 45-minute wait. They may have built a nice new building here, but it’s staffed by the worst employees possible. It’s hard to blame the rush when the workers preparing food are on their phones. Plus, nine out of ten orders are incorrect during busy times. Another frustrating detail: none of the employees, not even the manager, wear name tags, so it’s impossible to report the manager’s behavior to corporate since no one knows their name. The manager even refused to give their name when asked. Owners should be aware this happened between 6:45 and 7:15 pm on November 23, 2022. This will be my last visit—I’d rather go hungry than return here.
